About

Quietly building the businesses behind creators.

Our philosophy

The creator-economy industry is loud, transactional, and often disrespectful of the people doing the work. We built something quieter — and more effective.

We started The Zen Agency to manage a small number of creators the way a private office manages a founder: with senior attention, conservative strategy, and absolute discretion. No hype, no growth-hacks, no surprises in the dashboard.

We don't name our team publicly. We don't post case studies with real handles. We don't chase volume. The people we work with prefer it that way — and so do we.

Principles

Three rules we don't break.

01

Discretion

Your name, your face, your business are yours to share — never ours. NDAs from day one, encrypted handling, a small vetted team. We work in the background, on purpose.

02

Ownership

You keep your accounts, your audience, your logins, your 2FA. We operate under your name, never above it. If you leave, you leave with everything you came in with.

03

Partnership

A transparent revenue share, plain-language reporting, and a senior team that picks up the phone. No bots, no rotating juniors, no hidden fees — ever.

What it's like

A calmer way to run the business.

Week one
A private kickoff call. A written strategy, a content calendar, and a shared dashboard. You meet the small team who will actually do the work.
Ongoing
Daily chat operations, weekly content drops, monthly strategy reviews. Clear numbers every Monday — what we earned, what we tested, what's next.
Always
One senior point of contact. Honest answers, even when the answer is 'we don't know yet.' A pace that respects your life outside the work.

By application only

If this sounds like the way you'd want to be managed — we'd like to hear from you.

We take on a small number of new creators each quarter. A short application is the first step; a private strategy call is the second.
